Motovun 2006
At the international festival held in the charming Croatian village of Motovun, Erwin Wagenhofer's We Feed the World, an Austrian documentary about the origins of our food, received the International Critics' Prize.

Motovun — The Atmosphere of a Fine Film Festival. The Motovun film festival is not the easiest to get to, or one of the best known, but this Croatian village comes into its own once the films and audiences arrive in a friendly intimate atmosphere. We know the world is undernourished but the big corporate fat cats keep their bank accounts bursting at the seams while the balance of power is handed on a plate.
