The Bet Collector.At the Cinefan, Filippino director Jeffrey Jeturian, already prized by FIPRESCI in Moscow, received his second Prize of the International Critics in just a few weeks for his film The Bet Collector (Kubrador), the portrait of an aging bet collector.
