		Best film in competition: Green Hat by Liu Fendou Liu Fendou, born in Peking in 1969. Scriptwriter. Green Hat is his debut as director.
		Best film in the Greek Panorama: Delivery by Nikos Panayotopoulos Nikos Panayotopoulos, born 1941. He studied film in Athens, began his career as assistant director, continued his studies in Paris. Since 1973 he lives and works in Athens.
