"Before Things change"

The Buenos Aires International Festival of Independent Cinema, directed by film critic Quintin, offered an excellent overview on recent world cinema, with a focus on new films coming from Latin American countries (and including a series of new Argentinean films). Our jury found the Portuguese film "Before Things Change" (Antes que o tempo mude) by Luis Fonseca best of the selection.
